The Devon Collection is a beautiful botanical range of floral printed tulle fabric. Featuring Heathcoat’s popular, delicately soft English Tulle A-02036 which offers an opulent, silky, extremely fluid and airy appearance. Layer over other fabrics to appreciate the full vibrancy of the print or use in a single layer to hint at exquisitely delicate blooms.
