A Practical, Learning and Interactive Workshop on
This “ Unique” workshop event features a 3 session intensive training course in Die attach and Wire Bond Processes, and includes a practical session where delegates will be allowed access to die attach and wirebond equipment enabling them to build and test a small microelectronics assembly.
