NDMA is pleased to announce the launch of a set of exclusive, in-person, workshops themed around lean manufacturing, problem solving and more…
A series of funded workshops will begin this November. They’re subsidised by NDMA for member companies, providing an ideal introduction for new starters, or a refresher in continuous improvement, or the opportunity to apply Six-Sigma methodology.
Created as a modular programme of full and split-day workshops, the flexible structure is designed to enable delegates in groups of up-to 12 explore challenges together to provide a collaborative learning experience, guided by an industry expert.
The first dates have been added and members are invited to take up to two funded places per company on each workshop on payment of a small (£15) cover charge with additional places chargeable at £300 per delegate.
The first workshop in the series is a full day lean simulation, covering all aspects of Lean Manufacturing that everyone will be able to relate to their own business and utilise for their own Continuous Improvement (CI) Journey.
The second workshop in the series will look at problem-solving, using real-life situations from delegate’s businesses to help pinpoint potential solutions. This workshop runs across two half-days with a two-week separation to allow techniques to be applied and reviewed.
The third workshop will be themed around Efficiency vs Effectiveness. More dates to follow…
