The NDMA’s funded Business Improvement Workshop Series is back for 2025
Following the success of workshops that took place in November and December of last year, NDMA is pleased to announce the return of the sessions. Subsidised by NDMA for member companies, they can provide an ideal introduction for new starters, or a refresher in continuous improvement, or the opportunity to apply Six-Sigma methodology.
Created as a modular programme of full and split-day workshops, the flexible structure is designed to enable delegates in groups of up-to 12 explore challenges together to provide a collaborative learning experience, guided by an industry expert.
NDMA members are invited to take up to two funded places per company on each workshop on payment of a small (£15) cover charge with additional places chargeable at £300 per delegate.
