National Apprenticeship Week 2025: 10th – 16th February
Join Petroc College as we celebrate National Apprenticeship Week 2025, shining a spotlight on the remarkable achievements of our apprentices, employers, and T Level students. Throughout the week, we will host various activities that highlight the importance of apprenticeships in developing essential skills and creating future career opportunities.
Monday – Launch Day: Spotlight on Apprentices
We kick off National Apprenticeship Week by showcasing inspiring case studies and videos featuring apprentices and learners at Petroc. This day will highlight how our students are gaining #SkillsForLife. Follow us on social media to learn more about their journeys and the transformative impact of apprenticeships.
Tuesday – Employer Tuesday: Celebrating Our Partners
Tuesday is dedicated to our incredible employers who play a crucial role in helping apprentices and learners take the next step in their skills journey. Through employer videos and case studies, we’ll explore how apprenticeships benefit businesses and contribute to workforce development.
Wednesday – Achievements and Industry Skills: Apprenticeship Ambassadors
On Wednesday, we celebrate the outstanding achievements of apprentices and the industry skills they’ve developed. We’ll highlight Petroc’s Apprenticeship Ambassador programme and the invaluable contributions our apprentices make across various sectors. This day will also feature inspiring stories from both apprentices and employers.
Thursday – T Level Focus: Industry Placements and Future Talent
Thursday will focus on our T Level students, showcasing their industry placements and the fresh ideas they bring to their businesses. Through case studies and videos, we’ll highlight the benefits of T Level placements for employers and the future talent entering various sectors.
Friday – Awards Day: Celebrating Excellence
To conclude the week, we will celebrate the achievements of our exceptional apprentices and employers. The highlight of the day will be the announcement and celebration of the winners of the Petroc Apprenticeship and T Level Awards 2025. This is a moment to recognise and honour the hard work and dedication of all involved in shaping the future workforce.
