Summer Recruitment Fair 2025

Thursday 8th May 2025, 11:00-14:00

Our final recruitment fair of the academic year welcomes companies from a range of sectors and is used to
promote casual, part-time and summer work; internships/vacation schemes; placements; graduate roles and
postgraduate study.
A smaller event in comparison to our autumn careers fairs, with up to 21 stands, the Summer Recruitment
Fair provides an intimate opportunity to meet with approximately 400 current Exeter students. The event is
marketed to Exeter students from all years and disciplines, so you can expect those in the first year through
to their final year to attend. Our graduates are also welcome.

Fair Charges
Most companies are eligible for our standard rate of £285+VAT except where special rates apply – please
see below.
• Agency Rate – £340+VAT – all national recruitment agencies (based outside Devon, Cornwall and
Somerset) and jobs portals
• Charity Rate – £160+VAT – registered charities directly recruiting to own organisation for paid positions
• Local SME Rate – £85+VAT – all small and medium enterprises (250 or fewer staff/less than £50million
turnover) based exclusively in Devon, Cornwall and Somerset only
• Internal Rate – Free – internal bookings only. Please note lunch is not included.

Due to high demand for this event, we recommend submitting your booking form promptly. We limit the
number of spaces available to recruitment agencies and jobs portals. Limited spaces are available for those
who are eligible for our discounted rates and are allocated at our discretion.

Please note that whilst this event is open to a variety of companies, it is not suitable for teaching agencies
seeking to engage with our PGCE students or those looking to recruit nursing students, those offering
volunteering opportunities or unpaid/chargeable internships.
