Engineering Trust Training partnered with CMTG in Great Torrington, Krempel in Bideford and SEA in Barnstaple to host apprenticeship open evenings including factory tours and Q&A with employers, current and former apprentices.
Krempel reported in a post on Linkedin that they had “a total of 38 guests, including potential apprentices, learners, parents, and guardians”
Composites Production Engineer, Paul Mullen commented; “The visitors were really engaged on the tour and had plenty of questions when we had had the tour for us on apprenticeships and what grades were required to do an apprenticeship with us.”
