As part of a continued plan for development, TCi (GB) Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of three shareholding directors from within the company
The appointments recognise outstanding achievement and commitment, promoting Alex Slee as Finance Director, Jim Capron as Construction Director and Alex Perkis as Operations Director.
Managing Director, Adrian explained; “I started TCi in 2006 with my wife Rebecca, working out of my home and garage space, working long hours, taking opportunities and growing the company wherever possible. Along the way, I have been fortunate enough to have been joined by an exceptional team, capable of developing the business well into the future.”
Whilst maintaining a guiding hand in the company, Adrian is already embarking on new projects beyond TCi, now that there is a strong leadership team in place. He has already embarked on two separate ventures in farming and commercial property, through which he hopes to bring new employment opportunities and prosperity to the surrounding area.
“It has been my ambition over the years to be able to offer shareholding positions within the business and it’s an example of the rewards that can be achieved through the dedication and hard work of the individuals who make TCi successful and have my trust to continue the development.”
This year, TCi has also introduced a profit-share scheme for employees, providing a direct reward for the company’s success.
TCi has established itself as a substantial employer in the area, with full time staff across several sites, supported by contracted specialists.
A leading supplier of office furniture and workplace equipment, TCi has delivered and installed on many prestigious projects over the years, throughout the UK, including Heathrow Airport, Thames Tideway, The Shard and is a tier 1 contractor to Hinkley Point C in Somerset.
An accomplished construction and refurbishment division has grown alongside, specialising in clean room facilities for pharmaceutical and food production, from straightforward laboratory refurbishment projects through to full-scale, complex design & build construction works.
In 2017, TCi (GB) Ltd created two distinct brands with TCi construction WORKS and TCi furniture WORKS to identify the two distinct sides to the business. However, they often work together to provide full turnkey packages for many clients.
Having experienced year-on-year growth of over 100% during the past 3 years, TCi has developed its capacity as both a specialist fit-out/construction contractor for GMP and Containment Level 2/3 facilities and as a commercial furniture installation and sustainable furniture management service provider.
Recently, TCi has won significant awards locally and nationally, including: Business Growth of the year and Most Outstanding Business, and the Considerate Constructors Scheme’s prestigious Most Considerate Supplier accolade.
TCi (GB) Ltd represents unparalleled service in commercial construction and interiors, office and welfare furniture supply and installation.
